Paradise,
Good advice you've already been given. Get ready for the SUCK that will be your life for at least the next several days. It takes awhile to physically get rid of the nicotine (about 3 days), but even after that, for WEEKS, your brain has to rewire itself to get rid of all those nicotine receptors it built up while you were steadily poisoning yourself....that's the "fog" you hear talked about....READ: there's a ton of info here about how to deal with craves, fake dip, seeds, gum, etc....knowledge is power, and the knowledge you gain here will give you the power to take control over your addiction instead of it controlling you.
Post roll, EARLY, EVERY DAMN DAY (EDD)....weekends included. That takes the option to use nicotine off the table. By posting, you are promising yourself and your quit group you won't use today.
Honor that post.
Build a community of like-minded quitters...share numbers/emails. Make a promise between you that you have each other's back and you have to get each other's permission to cave....
Repeat.
BTW, pay attention to jeeptruck...he's only a week or so longer into his quit than you are into yours, but he has one of the BADDEST of the BAD ASS Quits going I've seen in quite some time.
