The earlier the better. Read everything on KTC. All the knowledge, encouragement, and advice you need to be quit from the poison is at your fingertips. Learn the KTC quit plan, live the plan, love the plan. Exercise, hydration, and fake dip, sunflower seeds, atomic fireballs, and anything nicotine free you can stuff in your gob to take the edge off will help greatly. Staying on KTC for all my free hours got me through the first 30 days.
