What ever you do, do not make this quit in any way about your wife or kids!! Make it all about you and the rest is an added bonus. I understand what you mean about the wife though because mine smokes as well. Since I have quit, she has been closer to quitting but has not yet.
FLOOR.. 1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8..9..10..11..12...13..14..15..16..17..18..19

It is very simple! We quit for today! We wake up! Do it again tomorrow!! One day at a time!
We walk in each others quit shoes, it may be a little different but ultimately the same exact thing

Brian - first step is to get over to the August quit group and post roll.

If you found the site and signed up without having any idea what you were getting yourself into (which is exactly how I ended up here), then I recommend you read Here's How You Quit...
