Quote from: corn69What's up everyone,

This is a couple of firsts for me. I am working on my 4th complete day of skoal free living. and it SUCKS. This crappy tobacco free world is awfull. It has been years since I probably went more that 4 waking hours with out a pinch. So to be on day 4 is pretty good for me. But I made a promise to my wife and our new baby that is on the way to be skoal free. And that is what I plan on doing.

So I found this website looking around on the internet and thought it might be helpfull. The other 1st for me, is joing a site like this and actually posting messages on boards. Never knew how these things worked. But hopefully one of ya'll will see this and let me in the group.

Talk to ya soon.

The cool thing about being on this site is that all you have to do to be in is keep that shit outta your mouth! Head on over to the May 08 group post roll, and introduce yourself.

At 4 days in your body has rid itself of the nic. It is all head games from here. Post up what you are feeling. It will help you to feel better to get it off your chest. It will also serve as a diary of sort to look back on. Most of all, when you are feeling like lashing out at someone, come on in here and take it out on us. Your family didn't stuff that shit in your piehole and they certainly don't deserve to bear the brunt of your getting clean.

If support is what you seek, it is what you will find. But be prepared to take on the heavy lifting yourself. Please be aware that posting roll is the same as signing any contract. You will have given your word that you will not use tobacco today. Are you a man of your word?
I've always wanted to save a life, so I started with mine.
