What those guys said!

I'm approaching the 3-week mark. I wouldn't have made it this long without this site. I've tried to quit before, but it was always spontaneous, no game plan in place. Read everything on this site and educate yourself about what you're going through now, what you're going to go through next week, and understand why you're going through this or that. Knowing what to expect will help you fight this shit.

It sucks ass at times, but it does get better and you'll notice things getting better from the healing you'll notice in your mouth to the better moods you'll find yourself in each morning after you start getting real nights of sleep.

I'm in it with you too, so I'm going through the same thing. Youre defnitely not alone.

awesome!!!! I'm on day 9. I have been using this site. My first time quitting for realz. I suggest posting roll call in the morning. Its a promise to NOT use nicotine to yourself and to us for the entire day.

Do it each day like the rest of us. Hop into chat, the live chat and ask questions if you ahve any. Its cruel that they try to teach you how to do that through tutorials and while your unable to concentrate its almost impossible to do it right.

But the main idea is, to understand roll, and to do it every day. I hav ebeen doing it for 9 days. tomorrow I will promise again on day 10. and continue.

I didn't understand it at first, but I do now. It helps.

Good luck brother, We're all quitting with you.

PM me if you have any questions.
What Jake said. Nice decision to quit, now let us help you.

Day 1
« on: August 29, 2012, 09:39:00 PM »
Been trying to quit for the past 2 years, maybe make it a month at the most, then get arrogant and cave in. I'm over being enslaved to a can of shredded leaves. Just found this today. Made a decision last night at midnight to quit for good when i flushed my can down the toilet.
