day 8 and loving nic free life!
What's so fantastic about being over a week nic free? Not being sarcastic; I dig a fresh quit. You gloat, I reminisce. Bullet points are acceptable.
Way to go My Young Addict!

Keep it rolling, through the good times and the bad.

haha sorry didn't get the whole roll thing, just came on here and posted. i'll start doing it.  ^_^
Dude,

These guys are right - im only 24 days into my quit and am starting to feel rather good. Other than the fact that I quit because I am a totally selfish MFR in terms of quitting, ie I am doing this for myself and no fucking body else,.....

I have come to know at least a little bit about my post mates, and I look forward to posting roll everyday. I make a promise first to myself every morning then to them, it is one of the very first and most cognizant things I do. I have never learned so much, known so much, laughed so much or been so free due to the knowledge and support I have gotten from this site and the people who run it.

POST ROLL - read about your new friends, read everything here. Daily I find new areas to read stuff, and see what is going on, ask questions, go to the chat room (good god does that get going sometimes - but it is great), make friends and connections here - your initial promise to yourself then to these fine, fine fuckin quitters will keep you living,

otherwise - your just another junkie - like we used to be.

Quit Date 10/09/2010; HOF 1/17/2011
Cancer and Death will not work on your Time Table, why work on Theirs - Quit Today.
If you fail to plan, plan to fail.
The older I get, the better I was - made an even bigger improvment the day I quit dip.

Gotta say its hard not going to the bathroom during my lunch period to put in a lip haha found sunflower seeds help me not crave it as much. supposebly im almost through the hardest part which is the first 3 days...hope its true.
Seeds and sugar free gum work very well.
The nicotine will be out of your system in 3 days but it's not over at that point.
That's the easy part. It's the mental part that seperates the men from the boys.
Stay focused and take one day at a time.

Also.. You did not post roll yesterday... NOT GOOD!!!
Get your ass over to the February group and post roll. Do this every day. Don't start your Quit off on the wrong foot. Don't play games with the committment or the Nic Bitch will bend you over and slam it in your ass.
I only have one thing to say -----Post your quit day every day make your promise to me and every one else, Your quit group is february and I still do not see you over there!! Brians Correct NOT GOOD!
I am the Foo that Mr. T Pittied

Only 4 months into my 18th year of life and have decided to quit dip after only four years. 1 1/2 cans a day is too much for me to afford plus im tired of craving it at school all day and sitting in a stall for 15min to get my fix and hiding it from my family .... RIP grizzly straight 'bang head'
Welcome aboard my young addict!!

First off, you should take great pride in having the wisdom to Quit at a young age.
Here is a number for you.... If I Quit when I was 18 I would have saved $49,275.
THAT'S FUCKING SICKENING!!!!!
You have your whole life ahead of you and deciding not to be addicted and a fool and a cancer risk is the best decision of your life.

Read as much as you can on this site, join the February group, post roll every day and be committed to your Quit. Everyone on this site is proof that it can be done and we are here to help you.

PM me if I can be of any assistance.

STAY STRONG-STAY QUIT

There isn't one person in this on-line community that doesn't wish they had made that decision and commitment at your age. Following through will improve your life now and save so much wasted time sneaking around looking for that fix. Post daily, and log-on and read others posts when that crave hits - both will help you overcome the bitch. Welcome aboard!

Great voice!!! If only I could go back to age 18 and quit...

Anyway, post roll, stay quit and repeat. This is the toughest best choice you've ever made. Well done.
Great decision!! I wish I was smart enough to have dropped this shit when I was your age.

Mean what you say and lets get this shit done. You are in the right place !!
