Don't do it alone. Go post in the March 2016 quit group. Join others who are going through the same suck you are.

Welcome Marine. You want to quit this shit? Post roll, give your word for 24 hrs not to use nicotine (not alcohol, nomore ole ass like myself, so we forgive him for alcohol booboo.) Do that and get all the help you need to quit! Waiting on you! Quit on!

Congratulations on your quit! Plus an early Merry Christmas!

Many Marines quit here, you will fit right in. As far as the naughty list, quit puts you on the other one.

For ornery feelings: drink lots of water. Exercise. Marine levels of each, x2.

Ornery happens in quit. Aim your ornery here at KTC. We've been there and dished it out, we can take it because we understand it. Given you are on day 3, you should visit quit group March 2016, and say hello / be ornery as needed. You will post roll, your promise not to use alcohol nicotine for 24 hours. This is a daily exercise at wake up. Get to know these quitters, exchange phone numbers (odd, but it works) to text / voice frustration or victory.

Look at the wildcard, there is a forum for marines. Get to know these quitters as well.

I salute your service and applaud your quit!

edited for age related oops, thanks Pab.
