Josh. Don't see you on roll and only one post since yesterday. You have to want his more than anything. Something brought you here seeking this quit. Own it post up roll and get to quitting. I'll quit with you all day long.

Josh, I just joined yesterday. Come into the May group. I will quit with you. It isn't easy, but if you made it here like I did, you are ready to quit. Something brought you here. Just gonna take a little time, patience and be uncomfortable. I will give you my digits if I see you in there.

Quitters never quit.
To remain quit requires focus

MY name is Josh. I'm 32 years old and have been dipping Kodiak and Grizzly wintergreen for 20 years. I've quit a few times for less than a week but never made it past that. I really want to quit for my health but i enjoy it so much. I feel so bored without it. I'm joining the group and hope it helps me to finally quit for good. Dip has controlled me for 20 years and not a second goes by that I don't think about it. If anyone has any words of wisdom or anything that will help me it will be much appreciated.
Josh a great decision, congratulations!

It is a little awkward at first but pretty soon, it will be second nature on your phone.

Drink tons of water, exercise and stay busy. Have seeds, candy, fake chew, gum, or anything to stay quit.

I am 36 I chewed for about the same amount of time and I sit here at 899days free, I can you can.

What's your plan josh?

Here at the ktc, we have a simple plan:

(1) post roll
(2) keep our word
(3) repeat.

It's that simple. We promise to stay quit. We do this for ourselves and our brothers. We keep our words. It's not always easy but it's all we got. We do this moment by moment and repeat what works and learn from others' mistakes.

We keep walking forward in this quit. Some of us can run out of the gate. Some need a push. But we travel as one.

Post roll. Join in. Well keep you quit. You just have to promise to keep us quit. You in?
In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I get to go down this path one time, I want to do it right. I recognize that my word, my integrety to you is on the line and is only as good as my actions. Caving is not an option in this plan-Eafman 7/11

I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11

To overcome your addiction you must comprehend what it means to fail-Razd 3/12

Theres a lot of people that come here, especially vets, that WANT to be reminded that they are addicts.-Tarpon 6/12

Just as a building starts with architectural drawings. Your daily quit begins with a promise.-Scowick 2/13

Here and now, focused on today, minute by minute, whatever it takes, I promise to all my bros and myself not to become a negative stat and stay quit!-krok 1/15

I want everyone to be quit. Even the assholes.-Probe1957 1/18

Ignoring history or erasing history fixes nothing and leads you inevitably down the same path.-69franx 04/30/2021
