I'm looking for naked Pic's too. Kidding

Follow the rules here at KTC and you will no longer be "trying to quit" you will be quit. It takes a few very important steps, all of which KTC can help you with.
1) Accountability - we post roll promising ourselves and each other everyday!
2) Brotherhood - We are assholes when we need to be and we can be your best friend when you need that. We are here 24 hours a day for you to vent and take out all the fustrations that you mind tells you need to release, Do it on us, the kids and your wifes/husbands don't deserve it. We know what you are going through, they don't.
3) Success - As you can see we have alot of really bad ass quiters here for you to lean on. Know that they all leaned on someone at some point in the process to get where they are.

We understand how tough this process is. We know that its a day by day fight and that each day is a success. We are a group of people that believe in "one day at a time". Quiting forever is way to hard, quiting for today is challenging enough.

All three of the terms I listed below are on the HOF (hall of fame) coin that you can purchase after reaching 100 days. They are gospel to me that I lean on everyday.

KTC has never asked me for a thing, they have put up with some of my rants and they have provided me with a community and a meeting place that has made the last 107 days bearable. Following their simple steps, Posting roll, honesty and supporting others will help your quit so much.

I quit with you today!

All these bad ass quitters speak the truth and each and every one of them would drop anything to help a fellow quitter in need, I will do the same, so reach out and get that support. It has helped all of us at one point or another. I will quit with you all day and everyday. Feel free to pm me if you need anything at all.

Why do you say that you are an

inveterate dipster...trying to quit
?

We all can change.

We just have to do it.

It's not an overnight miracle. It's a process. Right now, it's will power. You can do this. Eventually, it will be easier. And, by that point, you will be an inveterate quitter.

One day at a time.
In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11
