How long have you used dip and how old are you? I am assuming quite young, so make the 40-50some you a happy man in the future and quit for good today.

There are hundreds of us in our 40's and 50's here who wished they quit in their 20's.

Nsvare17-

Push through this first week. Get connected in your group. Exchange numbers so that you have someone to contact when you get cravings or are tempted to go buy a can.

We all have each other's backs here. Quit hard.

Hi everyone,

This is day #2 of my quit. I started dipping my freshman year of college. i was on the baseball team in college so there was a major influence to start chewing. I did it to fit in at first, and then i became addicted. I didnt realize untill about a 2 weeks ago when i first tried to quit and couldn't. After reading all over this page I am fully committed to this quit, i need it. Thanks for all of the support everyone. Couldn't do it without ya'll.
All right. You believe in yourself, we will believe in you. Couple of things. No nicotine of any form including gum, cigs, etc. You post roll every day. Early. Get up, piss, post, no exceptions. It is now part of your life like breathing, eating. If you think I'm joking, every caver that comes through here says the reason they threw a dip in was because they left the site. Success=posting your promise EARLY to be quit that day.

This is a huge decision for you. If you truly believe and show it through you actions, we have your back. BTW I fixed your post in Jan 2015 (the month you hit the hall of fame - 100 days if you have the balls to make it that far..
