Day 300 wow never would have thought i could do this, after dipping for 30 plus years. The freedom from the nic nitch is so freaking awesome. No more spit bottles, no more going to gas station all the time, staying up late to get that last dip, its so gross seeing someone with a big oh fatty dont see how any women could like a guy that does it. Thanks to ktc and all it members who pay it forward or back. I would like to say thanks to my group January 13 the jackwagins we are a badass group who enjoys helping others  welcome anyone to quit with us.
Congrat's on 300 SF and thanks for reaching out to me and many others.

Give someone a call if need be. Also, look at the corn popping up in rows; that'll help distract you :)
We all want progress, but if you're on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road; in that case, the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive.

Has tobacco been so kind to you that you should leave it with regret? There are far better things ahead than any we leave behind.

Come join us. Come be quit with us. Rather than slowly commit suicide, slowly regain your health. It might hurt at first, but it won't kill you. And once the birthing process is done you'll find yourself a free man. With friends. And health. And wealth. Come drink at the fountain of quit.
