Great JOB Sports,
I have to echo what Wade said your quit and fight help keep the fire going for us to stay quit...I know it has to come from within each and everyone of us but hearing good news like this takes the edge off during a crave...

Day 240: since day 219 i have been in a funk it was triggerd by taking a 4 hour road trip. i was tempted to stop at every gas station on the way but the tools i have learned here at KTC and the friends i have made it possible to say fuck you dip. i was bitting on my lower lip all the time not thinking about dip but was going through the oral withdraws. i was noticing cans of dips in people pockets more then ever before. over the weekend that has stoped i feel good lost 10 pounds 30 more to go.
