Day 6 going to be good day. Day 5 was hard found out a aunt only has a couple weeks to live didnt need that stress now. Just make you stronger to quit so i dont get cancer. Fuck this shit

Wow day 3 was a bitch. On to day 4 which got to be better right guys? Had fire training last night we went to burn trailer so we wore our scbas alot so that helped. Cant chew very well in those lol oh i have tried. Thanks for the support it helps.

Get small, hour by hour, minute by minute if you have to. Try to keep busy at work, drink a lot of water, get some excersise after work. Whatever it takes to make it past these first few days!!!
