If you've been quit a year, then congrats!! I couldn't make it 365 flying solo.

I assumed you just quit Dec 31st 2014 as stated in your intro. If you have been quit a year congrats that is amazing. Keep it up and get involved here.

Good to see ya quit. Go over and post roll call. Post every day and make your promise to your group and all of us you will not use nicotine for today. 40 years is a long time, and the cravings and temptations will get worse before they get better. Use KTC to battle these temptations.

December 31,2014 i quit skoal after being totally addicted for about 40 yrs.IT has not been easy at all but i have hung in there.I feei like i have reached the pinnacie of success but i still have cravings to this day.I feel like this site has given me the tools to keep up the fight and tell snuff to go to hell.This is the first time i posted on this site ,i just wanted to let everbody know where i was.
