Third day for me, first on this site.  I have the cravings and the irratability, but I will make it the worst is almost over now, might try the fake stuff(Bacc-off) but doubt it that stuff costs money and I fear it may lead back to the Grizz for me and I've been dipping for18 years now it's time to quit.  I'm glad I found this site and others like me, Hell with that stuff, it is evil and no good, let's kick the shit to the curb together and get back to healthy smiles, fresh breath and not spending our days looking for the opportunity to grab that next dip!
well, that's three days of genuis followed by a day of 'holy shit did i really just find hundreds of ex-chewers who understand what day 3 is like and want to help?'

lucky. maybe. chance favors the prepared mind. welcome to quit, eight. hell with it.
Ahhhh, day 3.....hazey as hell, I remember day 3. Stick around for a bit....you'll see. Become involved, be serious about this. Just today, quit for just today, worry bout tomaro then.
Situations don't happen to me, they happen for me.
