I am quitting because I am simply tired of feeling like I am chained down. Everywhere I went, I had to make sure that I was within arms reach of a can. More importantly, I want to quit because I am expecting my first born in June. I want to be focused on her 100% and not have anything holding me back from being the best father to her that I can be.
Thats what I'm screaming.......
No reason to be a prisoner to a plant.
Thats only trying to kill you and your dreams.
Dont quit for her.....
Quit for you.
And then she will recieve the benefit.
Congtrats.....by the way!
I Quit with you today.
Well done BM.
I am definitely quitting for me. I know that with me quitting, she will receive the benefits from my will to quit. I have an expectation of myself as being a father to her, and being attached to a can is not a part of that expectation. As for now, I am stuck in my work vehicle for the next 4 hours before I can get out of this vehicle that surrounds me with triggers. I truly believe that If I did not have access to KTC while I was in this vehicle, then I would have already left the job site to grab a can. So I thank you all.
You're starting out great. This shits hard! I'm sure you know that, but for some it takes more than a few months, to get used to not sucking on poison. You will go day's later on without thinking about it and then bam slap you in the mouth out of nowhere. Be a man and never ever give in to the bitch no matter what. I dipped 38 years been quit 429days and there's no doubt in my mind it's because of ktc! Stay focused, read, stay close to site for awhile. Establish a quit trust fund, you will understand that some day. Check your PM upper right hand corner, I wanna be a part of your trust fund! Quit on!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

You will never regret quitting. Be strong, post roll, and take your life back!

My only suggestions are to find you quit group (June 2016), and post roll every day as soon as you can in the morning. Get digits from and give digits to others in your group. Quit every day, and stay quit all day.

Im a quitter
« on: February 28, 2016, 04:15:00 PM »
Well, today is my first day of quitting. Actually its probably my 100th day quitting, but not in a row. This time it is for real, mostly because I have yall to lean on if ('when' is probably the better word) I need. I have been dipping for 11 years and am finally done with it and ready to give it up for good. I have walked away from it many times and for many day/weeks and even months. I am great without it when I am with my wife and family, but the hard part is when I am at work or driving or hunting or fishing or anything other than hanging around my wife and family. So far, I am on my first pack of gum and sunflower seed and in search for some other tools that could help me stay on the right path. So, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
