Awesome go read all you can in the welcome center! Post roll! Then we quit one day at a time here. 7days so you have the balls! Glad to be quit with you. This site has propped me up out to 15 days, use this site, don't attempt to goit alone !

You got it high cotton! One day at a time brother. I'm on day 7 and am in the August quit group...go post roll...grit your teeth and hold on tight...the first week is one helluva wild ride. But well worth it...i feel more free than i have since i was 14 (thats when i started), i'm now 31 in just a few days. I quit with you today!

Another New August Quitter

Well, I ve been at it for 22 years myself. Been on 'em all at one point or another- Cope, Skoal, Grizzly, Kodiak. I've ceased before, but obviously never successfully quit. Finally decided to give it up, been clean since 5/7/13.
