nice cotton read all you can about this place go to the welcome center and read and arm yourself with the skills to combat the nic bitch.  As you stated you have ceased before. Well what helped me the most is admiting that I am an addict. You sir are an addict like all of us here but we stick together and we help each other anyway we can.  You are out of the physical withdrawls right now the rest is a mental game....we do it one day at a time we post roll everyday to give our word that we are free of nicotine one day at a time.  PM me is you have any questions or need my digits.

Good evening guys, I just found this site this morning at work. I threw away my can of skoal mint long cut extra with the loving support of my wife last night. I have been a slave to that crap for 12 years. I made it through the day today! I look forward to being quit with you guys. Is that the phrase, "being quit"? Rough day but it feels great truly.
highcotton, my apologies it looks like this might be your personal section of the site. Good for you man and keep it up! I will do my best to make it right along with you.
