Congratulations on finding KTC and making the decision to quit. I'm 25 days into my quit and if I can give you any advice it would be utilize KTC, make yourself aware of what nicotine and tobacco does to you (far more then lip cancer) and learn from the guys who have came before us as they are here to help us through this process of gaining back our freedom. I quit with you today!
The Copenhagen can will no longer control this man because being a quitter means becoming a winner

Been dipping for 30 years. I am Day 4 into the quit. I have wanted to do this for a while but was plain scared to do it. It has been somewhat easier than I thought, so far. Granted, it's not fun but I'm grinding throughout each minute of the day. I'm glad to have found this forum and could sure use some support.
was a 23 year user myself, I made the decision over 2 years ago and have not looked back. So welcome.

use this site to its fullest. read all the information that we as addicts just like you have to offer as our help to get you through this.

remember to give the word to yourself and to us each and every day, and you will do this.

yell, message me if you need anything and I will stand side by side with you.
I remember being a little in my quit and thinking this very thing. The poison manipulates our mind. Makes us think it's impossible to quit. Makes us think we'll never have a good day again as long as the poison is not part of the fun. Makes us think that without it we may as well just give up on having a life again.

Here to tell you friend. ^^^^^^^^^^ ALL LIES!!!!!!!

You have no idea what's your going to unfold in the next few weeks. Stick with the plan. Me and 1000's of others like sir derek have. I can tell you also that my life has been nothing but better in every way after quitting. Glad to have you aboard. It's a bit bumpy at first, but settle in, make some friends and QLF!
Hi TXag

I dipped for 30 years myself... well 33 to be exact. Failed a number of times when I tried to quit... found this place and I've been clean ever since.

The program here works 100% of the time if you follow it exactly. The foundation of the program is called roll call.

Here's some information to get you started: Welcome Center

Once you read that head on over to October 2014 and post roll.

Welcome!
Great decision by you buddy.....I dipped and smoked for about 17 years of my life. I have been quit for 132 days. Like the others said, read as much material from the site as you can. Learn about the program and get involved in your group. You belong in October 2014. Welcome aboard. I'll be checking up on u.

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.
