You need to be amongst fellow quitters who quit at the same time. Going through the same stuff the rest of us have gone through. I'd still be dipping if I hadn't found this place. Guaranteed.

Go to August 2015 to post your name and day count on roll. Do it every morning first thing when you get up in AZ. This is your promise to yourself to be quit all day. If your day three, your close if not done with the nic getting out of your system. Now it's all head games. Who's gonna win? All it takes is you keeping your word daily. That's all we care about, today. Tomorrow is not a concern until it becomes today.

First, congrats. Three days is HUGE.

Second, careful with your vocabulary around here. lips aren't nice. lips are why we're all here posting about our addictions on an internet forum. lips ruin mouths, remove jaws, and kill people. lips are why you can't sleep. so it hasn't been 3 days since you had a "nice lip" -- it's been 3 days since you've last poisoned yourself with grinded up shit.

Anyhow! I'm on day 5 so i know what you're going through. Poke on over to the August 2015 quit group and join up! Posting roll every day and seeing that you're not going at this recovery on your own is super helpful -- at least it has been for me.
