Welcome. These quitters have offered some advice.

I'll offer some honestly: it's gonna suck for a while. No two ways about it. We all cope differently. However, we all quit the same..... one day at a time.

Don't think about long-term quit. There is no way I can get my wrapped around that, but I guaran-damn-tee that I can quit for 24 hours. I can endure almost anything for one day.

Come back here tomorrow and renegotiate.

You've got this. Just quit for the next ________ (Day, Hour, Minute, Second) and post roll. Yell, cuss, play solitaire, chat - just stay quit. It will get better, but until it doesn't suck, just keep quitting

I know your pain Ben. I was there a week ago. You'll get through it. Drink water, post roll, and embrace the suck. This is a helluva support network. Don't let the recent drama deter you. Fight Ben. Drink tons of water. Go for a walk/jog. Take a shower. Go to bed early. Wake up tomorrow and put your name on roll call.
