Welcome aboard mate!!! You already made the first move-you are quit!!! Repeat the same thing everyday and you will be well on your way to a nicotine-free life!

The single protocol we all follow here is - post your pledge to not use nicotine for a day and keep up the promise! Repeat it the next day! We also make sure that we post the pledge the first thing in the morning - wake up piss post (WUPP) You will get plenty of support on the forum and off it as well. Collect digits and stay connected!!! my phone number is in my signature and I will be available on whatsapp!

It's a good day to quit with you today!!!

You sound like you know whatÂ’s up! Now you just have to do it!!!! You are quitting for you, and you are willing to help others. The only BIG part you are missing is making your promise EVERY morning! Take nicotine off the table! My phone number is in your inbox! LetÂ’s do this!

Day 1 in the books
« on: July 26, 2018, 11:32:00 PM »
20 years ago when I was playing HS hockey I thought It was cool to have a dip with the fellas. I thought it was cool cause you saw the super stars you looked up to with a huge chew in there mouth. "ill never get addicted to that sh$%" was what always ran through my mind and Im sure many of yours as well. Needless to say 20 years later I was still going to the same convenient store that had the cheapest cans in town to get my skoal mint. Yesterday morning I woke up and said this is it, today is my last day of this BS. There had been many fights with my fiancé about it, but this was finally me saying I don't want to do this anymore . So last night at 10pm I had my last dip . Day 1 has been tough needless to say but I figure staying busy is going to be my best bet. May take a couple weeks off the golf course cause that is going to be dam tough. Looking forward to connecting with some people to help me out and eventually so I can help others quit the nicotineu. If anyone has any suggestions about the site for me, let me know, just trying to figure out the ins and out. Thanks Everyone!
