Awesome my friend! Great job posting roll! Thank you for helping me and my family stay free. Always remember your an addict just like the rest of us. Get in here ,read , post Roll early Edd, listen and stay close to the site for at least first month or two. Get some numbers, better to have them in case you need a one on one quick and it happens. My friend as long as you post roll you will not be alone! 24 hours at a time, one hour, one second whatever it takes just make your promise and keep it! Quit on!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

He'll yes Berger-Baker! I see you posted roll. Welcome. You can do this and if you gut it out I promise it will be one of the best decisions you've ever made. And thank you for your service!

Day 1
« on: November 19, 2015, 09:13:00 PM »
Hello all,
Today I am making the decision to quit once and forever this terrible habit. It started with Camel Snus and then exploded into anything I could get my hands on during the last 10 months when I was in Iraq. I first thought about quitting when I saw my gums receding. I could not fight the urge then and did not think I needed anyone help. Now I am home and ready to kick this disgusting product. I am ready to accept the fact that I will need help and between the people here and my home support channel, I know I can do this.
