Ninja, not to be condescending, but you have made a very big boy decision (okay, maybe a little). You need to read everything on here. You might be the addict with the shortest amount of time that I am aware of....however you are an ADDICT. You cannot touch the nic bitch again. You will see this phrase many times if you lurk through these pages...."Guard Your Quit". Take it seriously. Great to quit with you today.
In the mid 70s, Walt Garrison said it was okay. Just a pinch between your cheek and gums. Been a slave since until joining this fine group.

Quit 12:00 pm (noon) October 15, 2011 after 34 years.

It's not how many times you get knocked down, but how many times you get back up that matters.

Ninja,

Quit for today and today only. You are indestructable if you choose to be. Of course, you will die eventually, but it won't be due to your relationship with nicotine on 12/8/2011.

One day at a time. Posting roll and fulfilling your promise needs to be the most important thing today. Tomorrow...you'll have to make that decision when the time comes.

Congratulations on today's success.

Well my name is Derrick and im 19 years old. I dipped for a little over 3 years, and quit 7 days ago. My friend offered me some one day and that was it. Started out pretty slow, i was underage so i couldnt really get a hold of any. Maybe a dip or 2 every couple days. As time went on i found ways of acquiring it and i began my addiction.

I decided it was time to quit, after my first dentist appointment since i had started dipping. I have 7 cavaties and warning signs of gum disease. Luckily nothing that can't be fixed with listerine and some dental insurance. Im thankful it wasn't cancer, and im damn well going to quit before i get it.
Great decision, Ninja . . . .
Fortunately, you're getting this opportunity early in your life. Many of us weren't that smart.
Go to March and post roll, promising to be quit for the day.
Do the same tomorrow.
You'll be surprised how fast the quit days will fly by.

It's worth the fight!
