Keep on going, it's up hill for awhile, then it levels off, then back up hill but eventually it levels off alot. I'm sure you've read on here where guy's have some very powerful cravings up in the 500, 600 and higher. It's a part of life we must learn to deal with. I want this more than the girl next door when I was growing up and believe me, that's alot. We can do this together! You're doing great! Quit on my brother!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

So here I am at day 22 and I realize the fog is lifting. I swore for the first week that the whole fog thing wasn't hitting me and I didn't know what people were talking about then all of week two I was forgetting this or that, staring aimlessly, etc and it finally hit me, I WAS in a fog. The cravings are waning (the oral fixation is still there but Smokey Mountain has been great.) The light at the end of the tunnel is actually there. Quit with December Disciples, quit with all of KTC. Thanks especially to Stranger for keeping check on me.
You are 22 days quit and you are 100% on the December roll - I'd say that you are owning your quit EDD. I'm proud to quit with you today my friend.

So last night I sat down after dinner with my wife and told her about KTC and the daily commitment to roll call. She doesn't really understand the control the bitch has/had over us so she has just been frustrated in the past if the topic ever comes up. I explained to her that the accountability this group provides means she will never have to ask again if I am dipping. She can be my wife and not my nagging conscience, that is what you guys and gals are now providing.

Thanks again for not only being there but because you are there for me, my relationship with my wife is growing as well.
Good for you Wes and nice intro. I can guarantee that if you continue to post roll and keep your promise every day, you will control your addiction instead of vice versa. Don't take the emotional part of your quit out on your wife. She didn't do this to you. YOU did this to you. The benefit of KTC is you can take it out on us because we do understand.

You've got this man. Quit hard every damn day (EDD) and we will be there right along with you.
