Brothers... Got a pm from this guy telling me he was into Hookah as well, for the "social" component of it. That some hardcore nic ingestion right there!

TJ... Where you at man!? You got lots of people on your side and rooting for you... You gonna step up!? From what I see you've SURROUNDED yourself with nicotine! Dip isn't the only issue bro... Nic's got claws in you bad and you need to break free! Today's the day man... Let's do this.
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.

Just seeing this intro, welcome! Have you quit the e-cig? If you have not you can not be posting roll with a pre-hof group, you are welcome to hang in this intro section but need to keep out of quit groups and wildcard while you are using nicotine in any form. If you have quit - nice job! If not, why?

Tj. It will be pure unadulterated hell but I swear dude the only way to really do it is to"fucking do it" it is horrible. But it gets over sooner. Plus less nicotine is almost as bad as no nicotine IMO I still crave. I was using the patch and theses guys kicked my ass off of nic completely. I am now 5 days going on 6 without any nic in my body period. I have moments but I'm determined and feeling better the suck is almost over.
I would rather lose to a cheater than win as a cheater.

as I start writing this it has been 51 hours and 32 minutes since my last dip, these cravings are the most insane things I have ever had in my life. I started around the time I was 18 and I am now 20. I have been noticing my gums are recessing more and more over the short 2 year span that I have been dipping and I really don't want to suffer the same fate as my Grandfather (smoker/small cell lung cancer). I was at work and it really hit me how stupid I look with a fat lip and black crap all in my teeth so I spit the wad out and decided not to put any more in. I am not going to lie, I have been using an E-cigarette with 6mg of Nicotine to help with the cessation of it. I am not sure if it's cheating or looked down upon however it really helps me take the edge off. Between the e-cig and a handful of sunflower seeds I have successfully been able to conquer the cravings. My name is Tyler by the way. I hope to reach 100 days, I even gave my self and incentive that once I reach the 100 day mark i'll buy myself a new car without having to worry about spilling my can, spit cup, and other nasty things all over the place leaving my car smelling bad. hope to get to know a lot of you on the journey from hell.
Have to agree with Applejack Tyler. Cold turkey is the only way to go. You have to do this quit for you and for nobody else. The e cig is still putting nicotine in your body and you will never be quit until you stop ingesting the nic whore's shit. As a 36 year user I can tell you it will be a bitch the first few days.
But I also will promise you that it will get better if you just stick to the KTC plan. Post roll, keep your word, and repeat the next day.

When the withdrawls get really bad, just follow Tazbutane's advice. Take out your junk and slam your sack in a desk drawer. you will forget all about having a dip for quite some time.

Cheers my friend, and welcome to the Suck! embrace it, remember it because you never want to be here again!

i just went on a rage and tried finding something to fill the gap between my teeth/lip and created something amazing! 5 bags of black tea (filled a coffee cup 1/3 up with hot water) and steeped the tea added ~1tsp of salt, and 1 packet of crystal light peach tea stuff. let it soak for like 20 minutes and it is by far the most amazing thing ever.
God i hope you don't go blind sucking on the mother!!!Whatever it takes bro, just keep the worm shut out of there. Proud to be quit with you. Salt really.....Wow!

I hope to reach 100 days

There is no "hoping", bro. There is no "luck" involved. It smells like a lack of resolve. You quit... it is something you DO! All of it... no more evil nicotene in your body. In. Any. Way. You want to quit? Do it. Your incentive shouldn't be the shiny new car. Your incentive should be keeping your face intact, your health at its highest, your wallet fat because you're not paying out money to kill yourself, your self respect and worth... your life, man. Is that incentive enough to quit? You've come to the exact place you need to be in order to do that. Do what trauma said... get to the Welcome Center and get this quit rollin'! We're with you... every day... quitting right alongside you. Rock it...

Tyler good luck bro. But the e-cig its most def cheating! You're young  relatively new to chewing (not to say it makes it any easier). You gotta remember, the quicker you stop ingesting Nic of any form the quicker these fuked up cravings go away. It is not easy, but it is necessary.

TJ,
you need to ditch all of the nicotine. All you are doing is changing your delivery. you are not nicotine free yet. it takes about 4 days for it to leave your system. you will be in what is called here as the suck. you can do this we all have. read the welcome center quit the e cig and post roll in the am. PM me if you need help.
