Thanks pab. I'm feeling good about it too. I'm fighting LESS now than I did on Nicorette lozenges few years back. I'll keep smacking the stride gum, spitting seeds, and pounding water.

Is it in the shelves behind the counter or with the other stop soda like nicorette? Or local Walmart here didn't carry it (or they were idiots and didn't look.) Day 4 here we go.. Straight to the chiropractors office. Then back to Walmart again.

Day 3 is coming to an end and been a decent day... Up until my back went out moving an 8' shop bench by myself. Back hurts like a mofo but hey... I don't want dip so guess I'm still a winner. I'll take tomorrow off, get the back looked at, and either kick back or piddle in the shop. Might road trip around to find Smokey Mountain chew. Sunflower seeds got me through today but my gums are chewed up from the salt haha

I never liked anything but the cope flavor. Since my quit smokey mountain straight and wintergreen is my go to. Use it as you need it. No shame in the fake stuff.

Most walmarts carry it. It help me off and on up to 300. Marine you're doing great, I want you to make it as bad if not worse than you do. 6 guys on my crew dip, I find it so gross now, look like a bunch damn hillbilly rednecks, to think I was same way,Disgusting! The Feb 2016 is screwed up - dont worry becuase that happens in all the new groups. Just get on there and post even if you are first. Soon you'll learn how to edit the header, clear the roll for the prior day and start it fresh. We were lucky and had a brother in Switzerland who always started roll in the middle of the night.

You made it through day one and are back. That is what we do. Make that promise for today. Use WorktoWin's repulsive images if you need to. whatever it takes.

The nic bitch is real and your mind can be tricked if you start thinking too hard. You only need to remember your promise for today, that you are a man of your word, and your brothers are counting on you.

There is an inbox in the upper right corner. Check there for phone numbers. I'll send mine and I bet that dick Pab will send his too.

Here's another visual. Big Ang. Look her up. Oh yeah baby. Nicotine has done wonders for that, uh, person.

I only post roll from my iPhone. Go to the bottom of the last page in your group. Press"quote". Tap on the text in the second box (the first one will be blank), then "select all"will pop up. Tap that. Then "cut" will pop up. Click that.

Tap on the first box (blank). "Paste" will pop up. Tap that. The text from the second box (now blank) appears in the first box. Scroll to the bottom of where new quitters names are and add your name. Then click "post reply" at the bottom. Done.

You'll fuck it up the first few times. Only Air Force or navy get it right the first time. Haha
