Day 1, lets hope its for good this time.
There is no "hope" to be quit. This is as simple or hard as you want to make it.........

You have to "Be" quit......not "hope to be"!

1. post roll you will be nic free for the day
2. KEEP YOUR WORD
3. repeat tomorrow!

It is actually that simple! Read alot on here.....these vets will show you the way!

Read everything under the Welcome Center tab at the top of the page. Post roll in the January forum and pledge your quit for 1 day at a time. Come here to bitch, moan, complain and vent as necessary. Every single person in here knows what you are going through. You're addiction is not special, it's just like everyone else's. You'll do good to heed the advice of all the other addicts that have walked down quit road. Good Quit! (It's not about Luck)
Your mind is a lying, cheating, stealing whore. Your body is a saint. Now, who are YOU going to listen to?

finally deciding its time
« on: September 29, 2011, 12:03:00 AM »
Today I have decided that i need to quit. Iv'e tried quitting before, but this is my first time that I'm going to give it my all, and that includes joining this community. I haven't been chewing for long, only nine months, but i want to stop while I'm young and not further down the road when it might be to late. Please, lend me your support, especially during the next few weeks as I know this is going to be a struggle. Day 1, lets hope its for good this time.
