Flannywho, great intro! Spilling your story like that for everyone to read helps everyone including yourself. Posting helps everyone heal either by reading or writing it.

Thanks guys for posting on my intro. The support means the world to me. Staying involved, posting when I can get some in between work and kids. Texting some fellow KTC brothers that I have come to know. So far so good. Amazing the power of this site and the power to make a promise to strangers daily that I will remain quit and that I will not break a promise to myself and my brothers. Love it. Thanks again

Nice intro Flanny. What was that old saying, don't leave home without it...that was us. After 34 years of where's my can, I still catch myself thinking that some mornings. I'm @ day 56 and loving every minute of it. My kids hounded my ass as well, but it took grandkids to make me smell the quit roses. Post roll everyday, exercise alot if possible and let's beat this fat ass nic bitch. I'm a PM away if needed.
