20 hours since my quit. It's been a nightmare! But everyone around me is still alive, so I guess I haven't gone too crazy yet. How do I think about other stuff? Cuz I'm really strugglin! Any good alternatives to chewing? Tried that Rocky Mountain stuff-Disgusting! I'd rather drink a bottle of corn syrup. Right now chewing on cardboard is working best for me.
Hey, it is tough but you need to be strong. Depending on the type you dipped the alternatives could vary (cope fine cut is like the Hooch), long cut is more like the smokey mountain, others like the Oregon Mint.
Or just use sunflower seeds, gum, candy, jerky.
Have heard of people using coffee grinds.
1 day is awesome. just need 2 more days to get rid of physical withdrawal symptoms, then just attack the mind games it will play.
