Today(Day 19), I found two partial cans of Husky Wintergreen in my center console of my car. It felt great to flush it without even considering anything else! Happy to be quit!

Caving is NOT an option!

?The only thing nicotine use does is relieve withdrawal symptoms that come from not using. That's it.? #brilliance #truth

20 hours since my quit. It's been a nightmare!  But everyone around me is still alive, so I guess I haven't gone too crazy yet.  How do I think about other stuff?  Cuz I'm really strugglin!  Any good alternatives to chewing?    Tried that Rocky Mountain stuff-Disgusting!  I'd rather drink a bottle of corn syrup.  Right now chewing on cardboard is working best for me.
Hey, it is tough but you need to be strong. Depending on the type you dipped the alternatives could vary (cope fine cut is like the Hooch), long cut is more like the smokey mountain, others like the Oregon Mint.

Or just use sunflower seeds, gum, candy, jerky.

Have heard of people using coffee grinds.

1 day is awesome. just need 2 more days to get rid of physical withdrawal symptoms, then just attack the mind games it will play.
"Right now chewing on cardboard is working best for me." HHAHAH --- That's awesome man - first time I've heard that one. The first few days are rough no doubt. Excercise and do things to occupy your time and your mind. Welcome aboard. I'm sure there will be some guys behind me with more detailed strategies so watch for em....
Listen to these guys! Post roll now! Read all you can and excersise and drink water lots of water! It will get better set back and enjoy your balls growing. Check your inbox.#55357;#56883;

you can do it arfy, buckle in and ride this thing out. demonize the nic and tobacco, picture yourself surrounded by your family dying, now rewind and stay quit.

Use whatever you need to use to keep nic out of you piehole.
I didn't ever use the fake, but I certainly used gum, candy, altoids. Piled
on 20 extra pound in a couple months. Have since gotten rid of most of that.
You can do this! You are doing this!
Stay quit today.
Fish, eat, sleep. Repeat.

Arfy.. I use coffee/ ground espresso/hot pepper (depending on how much bite you want/honey  a lot of salt.. just mess with it until you get it like you want it.. the salt gives you a ton of spit.. Hang in there Pal... Sometimes the one thing that keeps me from caving is the fact that I never want to go through the "suck" again! 2 more days and most of the fog will lift.. I ain't gonna lie - a few hard days are ahead.. I know you can do it though.. cuz we all have.. 68 days today almost 69! Gooch
