Don't be a gigantic flapping 'ginnie. Post fucking roll and stick to your word. Otherwise the eloquent words of Dr. Drome has it summed it.

Hey everyone, I'm 19 and I've finally decided to quit chewing tobacco. The first dip I ever took was in highschool, and I kept doing it everyday ever since. I played college baseball and that's when it struck I became addicted to Skoal and Copehagen.

Chewing everyday for 2 years sucks, the effect it's had on my mouth is disgusting and I'm sick of feeding the addiction everyday. Tobacco products have affected family and ones close to me and I'm finally realizing I need to quit now.

I know I'm still young and maturing, but I feel like it's time to change and move on from it so here's to a new beginning and chapter in my life.

Looking forward to meeting and supporting others who are trying to quit or who are in the process of doing so.

Hi, My name is Tyler. I am 24 and I dipped for 10 years. I am currently 195 days quit. This site helped me a whole lot. I couldn't have done it without my quit brothers.
Read this about how to post your day one in the May 2012 quit group:
index.php?showtopic=50

Now go post day 1 and take your life back.
