Hey Buford
Welcome to KTC. This is a great place to get things off your chest. Right now there's a group of brother's who are quit about the same number of days as you and are facing the same struggles as you, in the October link Palpatine posted above. I've spent a lot of time reading their post's and I can tell you it's made my quit stronger! I'm sure it'll help you too. Get started posting roll with them, here's a link on how to post roll topic/1003072/1/#new click on PC how to post roll and watch the video.
Post your promise not to use with the group 1st thing every morning. It's a promise to the group not to use Nic, not a report on how you did for the day.

Again welcome! You can do this, I quit with you today!
Just one and you will be back where you started.
And where you started was desperately wishing
you were where you are right now.

So first 3 days were much easier than expected, hit a wall today. First off had a headache for 4 days now and having a very difficult time staying focused. Still tobacco free so that is getting me through the day. Anyone have any idea when the dull ache in the head goes away?
Thanks far the ear, needed to get it off my chest
Thanks
Buford
Buford - you will get a lot more people to interact with you in your October Pre-HOF Group. Head there and post up and become a part of your group with others who are going through the beginnings of the quit like you are. It helps to go through this with others.

Glad you posted up and got on here! Let's get your quit going today and then let's come back tomorrow and do it again!
Buford welcome. Bud the fog, rage and more is just part of it. Post roll so we can start one of the best things you've ever done.....Quit! I'll be looking for you!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD
