Welcome RKnight and Congrats on making it thru week one. As far as fake chew goes if you think you can manage without it, I would suggest going that route. For me, I actually starting mixing it in with my skoal for about a month before my quit date, gradually increasing the amount of fake. I went with Jakes Chew because it is organic mint leaves and some other organic stuff, no sugar to further decay your teeth. For taste, probably Smokey Mountain is better and more similar to the real stuff but not as healthy. I am on day 54, and still carrying around the fake can and spit cup which I am not proud of but it, along with this site has kept me nic free. Read all you can on this site and post every day.
