Uoa you're doing great. Hang in there and every time you want a dip picture your family without a Father, it helped me alot. The fog will stick with you for awhile. Hopefully the anger is easing up on you. I'm an addict and so are you, we can never forget this! Quit on! Damn proud to be quit with you today my friend!
thanks for the support. Couldn't do it without encouragement.

My anxiety is super high and I should be fired from my job from lack of production but that will get better. Always the worst at night after the kids go to sleep and I'm trying to go to sleep.

My wife has been super-patient so I am lucky to have her.

Welcome aboard. Take it one day at a time. Post roll early. Make some friends. You've got this bro. It's time. We've got your back.
You are only as accountable as you let yourself be. That is the key to making this whole thing work, if you don't let yourself be held accountable by a bunch of addicts you won't last.

Get involved and own your quit. It is your quit, we support it.

Quit on Quittha
There are no circumstances in which using nicotine will improve the outcome.

My journey. The best part it is not over yet.

hi, I'm uofary80 (u of a ry 80). No, I am not calling you a fary, but it's kind of funny that's the first thing people see. The "a" stands for Arizona BTW.

About me: long walks on the beach....oh whoops....15-year tobacco user, grandpa smokes, dad smokes, uncles chew, aunts smoke; super addictive personality issues in the family. For the last 3-5 years gone through 5-6 cans a week, switching to pouches full-time about 3 years ago. you know, because it's better for ya.... 'Crazy'
Got really bad, you know the symptoms: chewing even while sick, chew first thing morning, falling asleep with chew in mouth, needing chew to "sleep", gutting it all the time to hide it, etc.
Started losing some of my gums last 1-2 years.

Tried to quit in 09' or so. Made it 6 months, played hockey one night with a fellow nic-head, caved, and went back on the nic-train.

This time it's for real. Made the decision to quit for me and to live a healthier lifestyle and not die of gum disease or worse. Also helps I have 1 year old daughter and 3 year old son: gotta be around for them if you know what I mean.

Switched to nic-gum about 6/5/2015. Got rid of that shit on July 17th, 2015 with the insistence of some of the jabroni's in the chat room. Props to chewie, nolaq, and Joliver and others for convincing me to cut the cord now and just go for it.

Day 5 and still truckin...great forum, need it during the workday lately to just read some stories, HOF speeches, or jump in the chat room to talk it over with people.

Let's get it done October 2015 FUN BAGS
