1st day

Well iv made it up in my mind to quit for good. Iv tried a few times but it never really worked, but i didnt truly want to. Its my first day quit and im going to stick with it this time. Iv been dipping Grizzly wintergreen for five years and i found this site and decided to join to help me with my decision. Any tips or advise would really help.
