All the above bad asses have laid it all out for you. Read EVERYTHING on KTC, then follow the plan. The plan works. This will suck bad until it doesn't, but it is worth it. PM me if you need anything.

I'm jealous of you for quitting @ 21. Do yourself the biggest favor you can do and immerse yourself in your quit. Quit today, and every day from now on, so you aren't back here in 3 or 5 or 10 years trying to quit again.

Younger folk seem to respond to this - I estimate I spent $30,000 over 17 years of dipping. Enough that I would have a nice start to my kids education fund. Don't be me, quit today, and I will quit with you.
Listen to Tumble!!! $30K and all of your teeth would is a whole lot better than the alternative. GREAT CHOICE, Joliver!!! Post roll and never look back.

Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

I have been a hard dipper, doing every flavor of Grizzly Long Cut, since July of 2012. I am 21, married and a full time student and I am looking for a change, to take back control of my life.
Not sure what else to say other than bring it on, time to get my quit on.
Joliver15,

Good to see another young quitter like myself (26) that is going to take control of their life. If you let it nicotine will ruin you and your life. Now a little bit about this site we quit nicotine in all forms, dip, cigarettes, cigars, snus, patches, gum, etc. Nicotine is the root of your, and all of our, addictions.

Now that you understand that, this site is built on posting roll call EVERYDAY. This is your word to your quit group, September 2014, that you are not going to use any form of nicotine for that day. Then we do it again the next day. We do this early in the day and we do everything in our power to keep our promises. You are going to find a great group in the September 2014 group. They are eager to get to know you and exchange phone numbers with you. This is another way we stay accountable with each other.

Read Read Read everything you can on this site, there is a lot of wisdom here. I look forward to seeing you post your day 1 and all the +1's after that. If you need any help I have sent your a Private Message (PM) and this is in the top right hand of your screen it should say Inbox (1).
