Welcome.
Nice job posting roll in the September Quit Group. Make that your new home, get to know the guys in your group, lean on them, and offer your support.
As for the anxiety around "hell week". Try not to think about it. Take this quit one day at a time - one minute if you need to. Honestly - all you can control is right now. Can you stop yourself from taking a dip right now? Of course you can. Don't look beyond right now, until tomorrow when you make your next daily promise. I've been making daily promises for 859 days now. Do I say that to brag? Absolutely not. Just to show that each day has been its own quit. We quit each day, early in the morning, before we leave the house to set up a protective barrier between us and a cave.
The system works if you let it. Read as much as you can. Read these intros. Find the HoF Speeches, and read them. They're all written by guys and girls with at least 100 days quit. Exchange digits with members of your quit group. My digits are just a pm away.
Most of all - stay focused on your quit. At least for a little while, your quit needs to be the most important thing in your life. Lay off the booze. Countless caves begin with these words - I was just having a couple of beers ... My buddy pulled out a tin ... - Don't let that be you.
If you jump in with both feet, and drink the Kool-Aid, you will be successful.
Take care and stay strong.
