Let's get on roll this morning Khend and get this quit started. No sense waiting right? How many times have you planned to quit and failed. JUST QUIT!

You are in for a shit storm of misery for a few days, maybe even a few weeks. Go and post roll in your group. Promise not to use nicotine for the day. Then wake up and make the same promise tomorrow. If you can do that, you can quit. If you can't, you will cave.

There is no luck with this decision. You either make your commitment, or you let the nic bitch back in your life. I've been clean 56 days now because of this site. You can do it, but you have to commit.

Hello Khend. Welcome to a great decision. This place is the answer. I urge you to post roll today. Thats your promise to not use nicotine. Your quit group is may 2017.
Posting roll and being held accountable to other friends on this sight has kept me quit for 530 days. This place is the only thing that has kept me quit.

Day one
« on: February 15, 2017, 07:03:00 PM »
Hey everyone,

So I started chewing back when I was 14 here and there but have been rippin through 1-2 cans (sometimes more) a day for the last 5 years or so. I'm just sick and tired of it taking over my life. Always making sure I have a cam everywhere I go. Making late night trips just so I can have a dip before I go to bed. And not to mention how much money I've completely wasted over the years and it doing absolutely nothing but hurting me.

I've tried to quit multiple times but I was in college and all my roommates dipped and it was nearly impossible to avoid it. Now I have no other influences but myself and it's my time. if anyone has any suggestions on the "best way" to quit, please share. I look forward to today being the first day of the rest of my life!
