Hey guys, had a busy few days at work. Thanks for all the encouragement. Happy to report that I didn't cave. Day 5 and I'm still going. The weekend will bring another tough challenge, but I'm going to take it one day at a time.
Takes about 45 seconds to post roll. Do it. NO excuses. I'm sure when work was "busy", you found time for dipping. I'm sure you didn't say "wow, today was so busy I forgot to dip".

Same applie here. You post role if you WANT to post role. Start taking this shit serious. It is literally life or death .

Go tell your golf buddies to get their ass in here and quit too. Then you can play golf in celebration with all your friends and it will mean that much more.

I'm on day 3 of my quit and it definitely hasn't been easy. I've been going for close to 20 years, and I'm finally ready to kick this. I'm 35 and have two young children and for the first time in my life I'm starting to think about what missing them growing up would be like.

Tonight is my golf league and golfing is a HUGE trigger for me. I found this site as I was looking for motivation to resist the urge tonight. I know there will be other guys chewing tonight, so I'm extremely worried about caving already. My plan is to stay strong and remember why I'm doing this.
Ab,
Welcome glad you are here. We have to start off with tweaking your game plan a bit. One you need to be here for YOU its great that you have outside motivation but with any motivation it is short lived. The only constant in this formula is YOU so therefore you need to quit because you want it.

Two you could move to ND where I am at -22 wind chill really puts a damper on golf. Seriously though if you really think golf is going to trigger you maybe avoid it or go golf your game with seeds gum what ever it takes to keep the shit out of your mouth. Do your game and head out don't stay around and slurp beers or you will probably be day 1 tomorrow.

3 go to welcome center read all you can about your enemy. Learn how to post roll join the March PreHOF group meet people and swap numbers. If you need a number ask me.
PM me if you need anything.

Knowing that you are heading into a territory of danger is great. Talking about it means you're NOT planning a cave. You promised today so the decision is made.

No one knows what's coming tomorrow but today you already made a promise to be quit so now enjoy a great golf day nic free and enjoy. If your "friends" are anything but supportive, they can kiss my ass. Make the call or text a brother and remember you quit.

Ab,
Welcome to KTC, read all that you can as often as you can on here and feel free to let me know if there is any more I can do to further assist you sir.

Now read up the info on the site Welcome Center

Learn how to post roll How to Post Roll

Then post Roll here Pre-HOF March 2014

Post Roll daily. This is your promise to stay quit, understand that KTC is all about brotherhood and Accountability. Make sure that these words mean something to you. Also understand that all of us quitters care so when a cave happens people will take that shit personally. We invest time into people and the quit groups are like tight families of quit.

Finally, I recommend that you find an alternative, fake dip, candy, gum, mints, etc. Drink lots of water, so much that you cannot pass a bathroom without having to piss.

P.S. All of the above underlined words are links to the site.

You can do this,

Pinched
"If you want to quit then stop talking and just QUIT. If you want to kill yourself a bullet is cheaper and faster than a tin, plus it eliminates my hearing you whine and cry like a bitch."

Best thing I have read on KTC...Submitted by tgafish on 7/3/14

Former Skoal Straight and Cope Longcut user that started at the age of 12. QUIT on 7/15/13

Welcome in bro.

I'll just say this...
If YOU... WANT to do this... You will. It's that easy. Is it tough to follow through? Oh, hell yes. That's why you're here though. We have been, and continue to be, in the same situation in some shape or form. We decide every day... I'm done. No nic for me. This site is motivation and inspiration like no other. Dig into it and stick around. My cell number is yours for the asking. I'll help in any way I can. Rock on...
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.

Did you post roll today? If so keep your word; if not hit the welcome center button and start reading. You might want to skip your golf league tonight... If you think you will cave if you go then don't go. Missing a week or two of golf won't kill you, but the poison will.
