Yeah I'm at work, spider solitaire seems to keep me busy:)
Was terrified of going to work today because this is where I spend most of the day chewing. Hard to function without dip...but I am quit today!

GR8WB speaks truth! water and exercise...both will help out GR8'ly...if you're at work, walking and stairs definitely will help out...don't forget the water.

1 more day and the shit is physically out of your system. Water, water, water. Excercise (even just walks) does great to get you out and your mind off of the grind. Great job. Keep it up.
