Nov 1st was my last dip and I want one today as much as then.
I was like you when I first quit. The thought of one sounded sooooo good....until I thought about it. Most of my dips were shit. I dipped so much that they weren't very good any more. After 25 years of that shit controlling me, I can't tell you how good it feels to be free. I never thought that I would make a day.. I am 266 days quit today. I also know that if I had one today, tomorrow I would be back to 9 a day every day and they would be shit again.....so now I know, one does not sound good anymore. You will be there soon. Hang tough. Dave

I'm at 439...and loving living free. Craves are few and far between now. But, I'm still here...paying it forward and supporting folks who are on their way like me...living free!!!

It gets better than you could imagine in the first few months. To the point where cravings are rare and easy to laugh away. But the same diligence is required that was required before. Feeling much better at day 280 than I even did at 200.

Keep up the quit. You will be glad you did.
