Rawls pretty much summed it up.

Did you spend a lot of energy making sure you always had a can? Did you pat your pocket before you left your house to make sure your can was there? Did you make sure to load up on dip before you left for a long weekend?

Put the same amount of effort, energy, and concern in to staying quit as you did in to staying addicted.

Do that by reading as much on the main site, and in the forums as you can. Go through and read the HOF speeches, get to know your quit brothers and sisters in your quit group. Trade digits with them. Keep us updated on your progress by updating this thread, your intro thread a couple times a week.

Your effort in to your quit will have a direct effect on the success of your quit. How bad do you want it?

Hey all!
So I have been dipping for about 6 years now, I am 20 currently. I just feel it is time to kick this nasty habit, and feel disgusting doing it. I want to know how to do this! I just recently posted into the July quit group, and am unsure what to do next. Just really need some help guys.
This is not...kick the habit.
This is...KILL THE CAN.
You my young man are addicted.
Not to your habit tobacco buddy.
But addicted to a poison that has you chained to withdrawals.
6 years is enough.
There was no reason to start, and NO reason to continue.
We use this sight and allow addicts to help us stay accountable.
We post roll here every day and travel away from our old life style.
We let the old us die.
We awake every day to enjoy life and its struggles without a drug.
Next...... Read all you can.
Next...... Spend the same time quitting that you used to use putting a loaded pistol in your mouth.
Drink lots of water.
Your battle is today.
Just today.
Post roll and keep your promise.
EDD ODAAT.
I Quit with you today.
Rawls 514
I believe.....
