Just posting an intro now but am on my 16 th day quit. Chewed kodiak or grizzly longcut for the last 18 years. Im sick of wasting money, time, and my life on tobacco. Ive never attempted to seriously quit before because i never really wanted to. Now i WANT to quit, and feel like im off to as good of a start as could be expected. This site has helped a lot reading stories about others going through the same shit as i am. Proud to be a part of this with everyone here

Welcome to the club. Our mind plays those dirty tricks on us and we fall in love with those things killing us. Like a woman that's bad for us but we keep going back for more. Than we think we are the only one struggling. This site has bee. Great for me if anything just to let me know I am not the only that is feeling what I am feeling while quitting this disgusting habit. One day at a time!! Proud to be quitting with you!!
