Jason, congrats on your decision. Day 3 is peak physical addiction day-- you last with nicotine in your system. 3days quit is bad ass!
It will get better. You have some fog and craving ahead, along with the last of the suck you have been going through. But all that beats cardio damage requiring stents!
Drink lots of water, exercise. Avoid tobacco.
Check out the February 2016 quit group. Say hello, post roll, your promise not to use nicotine for one day. Repeat first thing tomorrow morning and every day after that.
