Welcome aboard and congratulations on the decision. Get active and involved in the site, it will help prevent craving and reenforce why you quit.
Post roll (your promise to quit for one day), stay quit all day, sleep, repeat!

3 years of Cope followed by 30 years of Skoal Long Cut...made the decision that it was well past time and have made it to day 12.
