Started my quit yesterday got inspired after reading the site and decided to make a go of it. Most recent round of chewing has gone on about a little over a year haven't missed a day since i made it through yesterday.. Day 2 hasn't been as bad as Day 1 hopefully Day 3 will be easier still.

Thanks for the sweet site.....

Well golly gee am glad you got inspired and are looking to give it a go..... Sarcasm

Well, now that we have that out of the way, a little change of thought for you as you type....

This is life or death situation....you can continue to poison yourself - OR (and you are on your way) - You can make that DAILY DECISION not to use nicotine for that day. This is not trying or giving it a go, this is PROMISING your WORD, and then honoring it for 24 hours. Seems like a simple process and doing so can be. The hard part is dealing with the consequences of your DECISION and fighting every day with the rest of us.

But you know what, the fight is so worth it.

So I will quit with you today, but remember to take this seriously, put quitting as the top priority in your life. Reach out to the brotherhood here and you will do it (because you can do it).

Hi Gizmo and welcome. If you haven't already done so, read the Welcome Center info and post roll. I know it's hard, but keep that quit going one day at a time! PM me if I can help.
