Sounds like a bunch of nothing!

In the words of Pab....
Damn...just Damn.
If your not posting Roll.
Your just hunting without bullets.
That.leaves us hungry, frustrated, and empty.
Hunt some truth.
And find some Quit.

Man can find... purpose, meaning, and hope.

Took a stroll over to the March 2017 page and noticed I didn't see your name on roll again today.....if you're looking for slack, you're in the wrong place. If you wanna quit then we can help but only if you help yourself first. If I don't see you on roll come tomorrow I will be back here to let u have it

Bill Dance, don't let it get to you man. Plenty of people don't have what it takes to stay quit. Focus on the ones who are willing to work for it.

You need to get your avatar updated by the way. Plenty of excellent pics out there for Old Bill!
Yea I know man. But all these people coming on here non stop with these, woe is me, stories and feed you this long line of crap. I mean why even waste your time or ours if you not serious....

I do need to find me an avatar but not to smart on computers so will need time to play around and learn how to put one up first
The BEST day to quit was Yesterday, the second best day is TODAY!

Welcome to our nightmare! Don't think about 100 days. Don't think about tomorrow. Just get through today. Anyone can quit for a day.

Tomorrow, we'll get up and do it again!

hey Quack
Congrats on deciding to quit
the best advice I can offer is drink plenty of water and when you think that you have drank enough drink some more
get some exercise of some sort to get rid of the tension that builds up in your muscles I don't care if it is running
the dog or chopping fire wood just do something that will make you sweat, and post roll every morning first thing when you wake
up.

Quit hard and Quit Proud!!!!

Welcome Quack!! You have made a great decison. I said that I was going to quit when my wife got pregnant. Instead, I continued to let nicotine take me over. I tried to quit on sons 1 st birthday, and still didnt. A month after his birthday, He almost ingested some of my dip. my found this site and havent dipped since. Im on day 18. Post role everyday early. Get digits and build relationships. A buddy I met in my group kept me from caving once just by having his number. Stay close to the site, and read everyone's stories..It Helps. Also, Make sure that your quit is for YOU first. We all want to quit for our loved ones, but we must want it for ourselves more in order to be sucessful. I look forward to quitting with you, and welcome to the group.. holler at me or send me a pm if you want to reach out. I will help in anyway that I can

Great work and I am glad you have the support of your wife, then you have no excuse to be on here every day.
We can give you all the tools and support you need but if you don't invest in your quit each day it will be for nothing.

Hey Quack you will be in march HOF group topic/30081110/26/#new
here is some info on how to post single/?p=9627077t=11541539
Quitting wont be easy but it can be done you have to want it bad enough. Go to your march group and introduce your self , read up on all the different information there is for quitting . And get ready for a rough couple of days . And remember how bad they are so that you never go back to dipping.

Day 1
« on: December 02, 2016, 12:52:00 PM »
My wife found this site for me and I decided to join. She has asked me to quit on multiple occasions, and TODAY I have decided to quit, for Me, my wife, and my child coming in May.
I have been dipping Copenhagen for 10 plus years now, I can only imagine the uphill battle which I am about to face, it can be done!
Being new to a online community (I dont have a bookface or twitter or instapic) I am not exactly for sure where to post things, I believe the Introductions is a good place to start.
Anyway I am Andrew and I look forward to the 100 day mark! Any information regarding how to do the roll call, or joining a "group" would be appreciated.
