So after 15 years of Kodiak / Grizzly 1 can per day - and telling my self 4,000 + times this was it.....I found my last straw....had to get my wisdom teeth pulled and did not want to continue to dip with 4 holes in my mouth - after having rotted my wisdom teeth out by dipping....

I have been to this web site a few times over the past couple years.  I thought I don't need to join the website to quit.  Apparently I do as I waas battleing the first real cravings since quitting I found my self here and because of this website I am still a quitter

See you all tomorrow!!!!!

Theo - thanks for your help.

Sometimes strength will come from knowing that there are tons of other people going through the same thing. You are not alone and you can quit dipping.
