I am not an expert on this - and have only been quit 8 days myself - but, the difference for me is that this site and the people on it have made me own my addiction, admit I am the addict and deal with it. If you are not using this site, posting roll, hitting the chat room - your fucked.

I am guessing not too many other people knew that you were quitting, it is easier that way, if you cave nobody knows. Want to quit - step up, be a man, don't be afrad of caving and tell everyone - then own this board, and your group post roll every day, post what is going on in your head and call people.
