My bad for making a QWYT post. Nothing is done half assed here on this site Mitch, not your quit, nor my pre-emptive support.

I hope you get quit and join these bad ass quitters, I am happy that I finally stopped being scared and ripped off my baid aid.

Well, I'm new to this site and I just thought I'd post an intro. I just spit out my last dip and ashed my last cigarette. I'm just really hoping that I can stay quit. I'm slowly ruining my health and I don't have the money to keep doing this shit. I've been saying I'm gonna quit for the better part of a year now, and I think it's about time to put some action behind my words.
Welcome. Read the site drop all nicotine and post roll everyday. Learn about our addiction, learn to hate nicotine. I quit with you one day at a time. You can do this!!
Trying and Hoping is bullshit! Just do it, we are.
Hope isn't going to do shit for you. Some balls, determination, and following the ktc playbook will.

You spit out your dip and ashed your lung dart, but did you flush the remainder of your stash down the toilet?
Get it ALL out of your house. It sounds crazy, but don't leave yourself any "scrounge room" because I guarantee if your jonsin bad enoough you will be digging through the trash for a tiny pinch or a cigarette butt.

You got this!!!

Quit on...
These guys know what they're talking about, Mitch. We just quit. One day at a time.
Do or do not. There is no try
Mitch,
Welcome. Listen to these gentlemen and they will lead you to the promised land.
Now, go to the Welcome center and read all you can. Learn how to post roll (you will be in the July 2014 group) then do it every day. When you do you are promising your quit brothers and sisters as well as yourself that you will not use nicotine today. Then just keep your word like a man, wake up and repeat. Before you know it you will be living quit one day at a time. That's all it takes.
It will suck at times but not as much as dying without your jaw and letting down your loved ones. If we can do this, you can.
Immerse yourself here and you will strengthen your quit. Hate the nic bitch! She's trying to kill you.
If you need help, reach out. We all gain strength from helping and being helped here.

Quit with you.

Doc-I'm quit today
Brave men are honored, rich men are envied, powerful men are feared, but only a man with character is trusted
Quit on Feb. 6, 2014
